Our Casting & Alloy making unit equipped with induction Furnace & are capable to make alloy of any composition.

In view of Manufacturing process our production setups are as under:

Sand Casting Unit: Equipped with Induction Furnaces in around 15000 Sqr Feet Area with all other necessary machines. Capable to make & cast most of ferrous & non-ferrous alloys.


Die Casting Unit ( Cold Chamber ): Equipped with 3 machines of 80 Tons capacity & 1 of 160 Tons capacity in around 12000 Sqr Feet with all other necessary machines for aluminum pressure die cast parts & big Zinc parts


Die Casting Unit ( Hot Chamber ): Equipped with 7 machines of hot chamber for small zinc die cast parts ( up to 150 grams ) in around 10000 Sqr Feet with all other necessary machines.

Sheet Stamping Unit: Equipped with 36 Power Presses of 5 to 100 MT capacity + 1 Hydraulic press of 250 MT in around 18000 Sqr Feet

Turned parts Unit: Equipped with 3 CNC Lathes,1 CNC Milling,2 millings,4 lathes & 7 traub machines in around 10000 Sqr Feet

Brass/Bronze Extrusion Plant: Capacity to draw extrusion up to 3 inch width size & 10 to 20 feet length
